[Press Release] Emova signs a research agreement with Silo AI to push the rendering of its hyper-realistic avatars further
Emova, a Deep Tech startup from Rennes, announces a research agreement with Silo AI, one of Europe’s largest private AI labs, in order to optimize the rendering of its avatars.
The Emova solution makes it possible to create a hyper-realistic 3D digital twin from a simple panoramic selfie, thus offering a next-generation virtual fitting experience for e-commerce.
Focused on the face and hands as a first step, the Emova solution is particularly designed for jewelry, cosmetics, optics and fashion accessories. For example, it allows for fine tuning of lighting, imitating the shine of a jewel and to examine oneself in profile. The key for e-merchants: better transformation of visits into sales, and fewer product returns.
The realism of the 3D avatar is a key point for its adoption by the customer. To go even further in the quality of restitution, Silo AI and Emova are initiating a long-term partnership, starting off with a collaboration on hair rendering.
